information regarding share agreement b/w owner and builder

Hi,

I am planning to buy flat, when i verified the documents i came to know that the share agreement (50% and 50%) between blan owner and builder has been registered but the exact share agreement (which telling which flat belongs to whom ) is not registered. Is that also need to be registered.

It is necessary that proper demarcation of flats or built up area is made during agreement to avoid future litigation.

When you are purchasing a flat where there is no demarcation take precaution and obtain no objection from land owner or the builder as the case may be
