I want to start Biomass Briquetting plant in Junnar(Pune) in which we ill process Agriculture wastage into briquette(white coal) means it is agriculatural related business as we ill process agriculture wastage.So for that I want to construct industrial shed And I have heard that Govt Of Mah passed some ordanance under that we can use that Land for industrial purpose without taking NA Order,So is this right..?
