It has come to my notice that there has been illegal booking and delivery of cylinders under my account.On inquiring the same with the distributor i was informed that such illegal bookings are common and nothing can be done to revert the changes.This way i will miss out on the 9 cyclider subsidy that the government provides.I have reased a complaint with bharath gas on the same but , the there seems to be no progress on the same. Kindly suggest if i can take any legal action on the same.

Gas diary/receipt book from gas ageny is given to all its customer,
entry is made when gas cylinder is deliver by the delivery boy along with his sign as delivered and ur sign as received.
if u donot receive any gas cylinder then donnot let delivery boy to make entry in ur gas diary book for cylinder which u have not recd.
u can also file a complain with the authority.
