Hi ,
Its been almost 2 years i have filed Divorce . When i filed my wife was at USA and she returned 5 months back . There was mediation and it failed , as i am not ready to go back , bcz there was a false 498 filed on me and my parents when she was in abroad. Now again she is trying to go to USa for an year. Can some one guide me on this, hwo can i stop or how to proceed towards divorce.
Criminal case one appearance is done( i had got bail in 2 days ).
