I am a sufferer fighting 498 a cases
My wife had made a false OBC certificate with the help of her father (Her father given affidavit showing my wife belongs to OBC category, whereas she is not )
How can I file my case in court, Please also tell me ingredients of 420 and how to make the case so that my inlaws are summoned in court and gets punished
It would be a State vs my wife case so could I have any standing in that matter
Already given many complaints to OBC deptt since last year, but they are not taking any action
