Wants to know husband's ITR details through RTI. What is the process to get it, is it a normal RTI filling or it needs a legal process....how should I prove dat m wife n have right to get ITR details of husband. I have read somwhere that spouse are not treated as third party hence this information can be provided, but please tell me the process.....I need help.
