How to get certified copy of all proceedings? Urgent!!

What is the procedure to get the certified copy of.......

A. 'complete set/all' of the documents, which were submitted at the court, right from the date the court case/suit was instituted

Documents means anything and everything submitted by Petitioner and Respondent

(or at least of the opposite party.)

such as Affidavits, petition, xerox of various other documents, Affidavit of witnesses,

          memos,  vakalatnama etc.

B. 'Complete set/all' the recordings/remarks (and remark dates also) which are made by the distinguished judge  and its exibits numbering of the documents in the suit/court case (I saw it in the bunch of those paper of the case but I don't have certified copy or anything of it.)

C. 'Complete set/all'  the presentee-sheets or 'rozanama' and overall court proceedings about the suit that (I saw it in the bunch of those paper of the case but I don't have certified copy or anything of it.)

On each and every hearing date, whether Petitioner/Respondent were present?

On each and every hearing date, which step/stage of the suit was conducted?

On each and every hearing date, which document numbered was submitted?

D. And from now on, May I ask again the same for each future hearing date also as and when new docs gets submitted by the opposite party?

1) Initially I wud make an application for date range:  start of suit-date upto today's date

2) Subsequently I wud make the same application after regular intervals.

Please give me advice and hints. please

Thanking you all.

For  certified copies of all the documents one has to give application to the court. For the copy of

Roznama the person has to give reasons/justification. Payment of fees is essential.

Adv. Valentine Sir,

I am thankful to you sir.

I have replied to you in my previous post also just a few minutes back. sir

I need the 'rojnama' as its authentic copy and actually every dcuments in there

so that basic doubt about its authenticity won't be questioned by anyone in future and also for my record about my wife's docs, which I can verify/compare it with her old form 16 etc, in case!!

And also I want to show that my wife's lawyer didn't do anything for months. (There is bangalore case on TV that lawyer did not even bother to examine the rapist and murderer taxi driver for three year!!  News channel made big roar and hence that case fast forwarded.)

Please suggest good reasons and justification for asking 'all above documents'

Please let me know the format or at least exact wording for each type of document (Can I simply say 'Kindly give me a certified true copy of all court case documents which are given due numbering in my suit XYZ, and same of roznama'   to simplify it?)

Its a business deal. Pay the cash and get the stuff. Forms/applications are a formality to keep clerks busy, lest they get into other matters, especially these days with worldwide white skinned ESCORTS freebooting around after the end of CWG chapter.

What      is      the     Fee      required      per       page       of       a        Document....................when      Certified      copy       is         asked      in    the     Court??

Dr. Dash,

There is civil manual in the state high court website.

I think copying fee is 3 rs per page. for urgent requests it is rs 7 per page.

The clerk in the court over there writes the Roznama and also sends it 'to district court record room' regularly.

By making an application, You may ask for certified copy/print of  'all entries' in roznama made (filed in File B type) so far for your 'record' purpose.

You may ask for 'certified copy' of any/all documents kept in file A, B, C, D category in records room for your case.

Certified copy wud have  'the date of copy' making and authorised signature on each document.

Do Ask for 'two' copies once for all

I telling to you what is told to me by the my new lawyer!!!

I don't know 'what is A to D category of documents means?'

- YES YOU HAVE THE RIGHT TO GET IT. EVERY DOCUMENTS RELATED TO YOUR CASE.

YOU HAVE TO APPLY IN A PRESCRIBED PROFORMA, WHICH AVAILABLE AT THE PHOTOCOPY CENTRES OF THE COURT AREA . JUST ASK THERE 2/3 PERSONS YOU WILL GET IT. ALWAYS REQUEST FOR URGENT DELIVERY. OTHERWISE CLERK DELAYES.

YOU HAVE TO PAY A LITTLE MONEY AS FEES. reasons/justification NOT NECESSARY. BY VIRTUE OF A PARTY CONCERNED YOU HAVE THE FULL RIGHT TO GET IT.

TILL THEN IF YOU FIND DIFFICULTIES GO TO THE ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICER OR THE PERSON OF SIMILAR CAPICITY. HE WILL HELP YOU. EVEN YOU PRAY TO THE COURT WHERE YOUR CASE GOING ON.

IT IS YOUR RIGHT AND YOU WILL GET IT.

YOU MAY ALSO ASK YOUR LOCAL ADVOCATES.
