how removed cc number in egov site.

Hi sir, I tried searching my Cc number in ecourt website and I was getting the status of hearing dates. But I am checking now but it is not showing no records. I want to know what could be the readon. Whether it is deleted changed my cc number. Any possibility is there to change cc number. So my question is how I make sure that to check my current case number status. Please help on this.
