House owner refuses to give final a/c. amount at the time of

Respected all,

As I am a tenant in bangalore - rental agreement over 03 months back - not renewed.

Owner asked me to vacate the house. I agreed. But, I asked him the same in writing

(with details advance recd., (-) rent not paid (-) water charges etc.,) but, he refused to

give in writing.  Kindly advice what I should do ???
