Home nomination

Hi I have one problem my father was lived in his brother house with his fsmily since 25 years. And my father has been expired last two years. My father has all earn money in his house. But house registry is my uncle. In that case , has that house our right.

Cout see only proof, if you have any evidence regarding expences in that house then u could claim otherwise your uncle has all right.
