Dear all,
My divorce is in progress, and she has filed for 498a, but after investigation, it has been dropped, and now I have a chance to go for higher studies(MBA) for 1 year, this course also involves 1 month international study tour too.
My question is:
1 Can I ask the court to hold the proceedings for 1 yr, considering my leaving of job and going for study or should my parents, on my behalf, keep on extending dates as they come during that year, is it even possible?
2. If allowed, can I travel to US without any trouble on 1 month study visa?
3. Will my wife be eligible of alimony as per my salary before MBA or as per the salary after MBA?
We have no Child, she was a working women and left job only after leaving my house.
