Gratuity

We have only 1 employee on rolls of the Company, others are all on deputation. Can we voluntarily apply for gratuity registration? What is the procedure for registering

We have only one single employee on the rolls of our company. Can we register for gratuity voluntarily? What is the procedure for registering under the gratuity act ?

--THE PAYMENT OF GRATUITY (CENTRAL)

RULES, 1972

3. Notice of opening, change or closure of the establishment.- (1)

Company may submit Form - A

Company may display:

 Notice of Authorized Person under the Payment of Gratuity Act, 1972

 

 Abstract in Form U under the Payment of Gratuity Act, 1972

 

It shall be better to obtain compulsory Insurance from LIC: Sec 4A
