My query is about grand parents property which had been left without any will. They are dead recently and they had 5 sons & 1 daughter. I'm the son of second son unfortunately my dad is also passed away very recently.
now we had a property in machilipatnam which is now hot cake because of port that is planning by AP government. so my father's brothers are trying to sell the property without out our concern.
my question is can they sell without my or mother's signature
and can I get a stay on it from court not to sell without our permission but same time I don't have any details like property survey number or area nothing.
please help me
Contact a local advocate and immediately issue a notice for partition of the property and file partition suit, to expedite the matter. They may come for compromise and settling the issues.
