Govt land

Dear Manas, 

Which state the land is situated at ? is it state govt land or central govt land ? 

Mr Manas in State of Assam, there are lot of land declared as grazing land, if you are in that state the situation in the state is such that although you are there for the last 40 years the governent will be hesitant to convert or allot it to you because of encroachment of governemnt land by doubtful citizens. So far in other state is concerned if you are a landless person, then it can be done but since it is a grazing land I have some doubt.
