gifted property registered

I had gifted 80% share of my house to my wife and kept 20% with me. After 12yrs of married life we don't have kids now separated since 3 years she is not ready for settlment since asking entire house which I can't give I don't have any other property can I cancel this gift deed in any way so that I can sold it and gave her part

Yes you can cancel your gift deed depending upon the nature of the gift deed but first we have to study your gift deed so you send copy of your gift deed to advocate_anish@imap.cc
