hi all
my brother in law had made his property gift deed to his mother after get marreid and haveing one child for him the gift deed taken place after some misunderstanding between husband and wife and next day without informing to her wife he had gifted all his property to his mother as gift deed and registerd also now he is going make file for dv in court now there is no property in name.
what to do please help my sister

Under what title brother-in-law has got the property and under what capacity he has acquired the said property, i.e was is ansectral or self acquired kind of the property?
If the property is ansectral then your sister would have an equal share with her mother in law and her husband i.e 1/3 each and if the same is self acquired then he can gift it to anyone whomsoever he likes.

he has taken property by his own savings and loans and he gifted to her mother aged about 65 years now
