full and final settlement not processed by employer

I left job in the month of May 2017, further I received full and final settlement cheque of Rs 4222, I moved to Hyderabad for job and tried to deposit the cheque but due to some reason it wasn't processed by the bank. therefore I got that cheque back. the cheque was outdated and I submitted it to the my work location at Nanded, Maharashtra in the month of October 2018. since then it hasn't been processed by the HR team. I have been trying to contact through email and cell number. these people not responding to it.
