Full and final payment not receive from company

Dear Sir,

I have been working for a company as a Factory manager and my service withdrawn by company without any reason after 6 years and 10 month continuous service.I have a appointment letter with mentioning 1 month notice from either side. 3 month left away they are not showing any interest to pay my 1 and half month pay & Gratuity . For gratuity , I am following all rules and accordingly handed over the case to Labour commissioner . Please suggest best way to recover my due salary.
