My father had two wives the first wife expired
the first wife had three daugters born before 1956
second wife has four childeren born after 1954
question is s
is the property to be divided into two equl parts
or
all the 7 childeren + second wife
are eligible for equal share in the preoperty.

A Hindu woman or girl will have equal property rights along with other male relatives for any partition made in intestate succession after September 2005, the Supreme Court has ruled.

My question is that
whether childeren of both the two wives are eligible for equal share whether boy or girl.
( after the death of the first wife my father got married for second time) and father is no more.
