Interesting dispute on gas pricing is ongoing. Ministry of P&NG tried to declare agreement RIL entered in to as void! Ministry contended that RIL as a Govt. Contractor enterd in to illlegal agreement. If that be so what action is taken against RIL for entering in to illlegal agreement?
