Steps in grant of probate

I have filed a probate petition in Delhi High Court of a registered Will, unchallenged. Most of the steps are over, like Witness to th Will have appeared in court and attested the Will. Now Court has asked for Collectors report on property valuation.

what are the next steps, till the time I get the Probated Original Will back from court.

For payment of court fee for valuation purpose court might have sent Will to Collector. Once Collector report is submitted ,after payment of court fee letters of Probate of will be granted.

Dear Gangadhar Ji, The property is a DDA flat, without any kind of modification at all, in South Delhi. The letter from Delhi High Court will be sent soon to the SDM. Office in Saket for the valuation report. Kindly guide if this report is a routine work by them, or needs extensive follow up from my side. Thanks
