1- matriculation or equivalent certificates has wrong entry of the date
- A-School principal/ school authority making the point in court that they don't receive any valid proof at the time of admission or later on regarding the date of birth.
- B- Opposite party also have hospital discharge slip reflecting the other entry of date. As the association of the discharge slip entry Municipal corporation has entry in there record. Other then the date represented in matriculation certificate.
2- And some members also ready to give statement in court about the DOB.
That prove the matriculation has wrong DOB.
in the above scenario ,what will be accepted proof about DOB?
