Dear Friends, I am fighting a divorce case with my wife on cruelty.Cross examination of my evidence has been fixed on Wednesday next. One of my prime evidence has lost his brother yesterday and another is down with viral fever. Can I request the court and take sometime so that they are free for cross examination.I am very scared of the working of the family court which are pro women only and does not give any relief to men. Please advise. Regards.

file a petition about the facts and take a date as in such situations court will consider every one
