After my daughter's birth in 27/07/2012, my husband started having affair with his younger brother's wife where i got to know after 3 months of my child's birth, where myself and my husband had a fight over the issue and my husband left my house on 18/10/2012 and from then on my husband did not at all come to see me and my daughter, though ours was an arranged marriage my husband did not at all take me to my in-laws house even once, so can i claim for my husband's property which is on my father-in-laws name, can i fight for the share on behalf of my daughter.
