Successfully fighting with 498 (MANAGER) 24 December 2012
Dear All,
Last week I faced chief examination in maintenance case filled by my bitter half.
Somewhere in that I mention incident date as 29th may but actual date was 31st may. And I have solid proof.
My question is “is it possible to change the date in next chief examination.”

anything deposed under oath can not be taken back.
however u can file an application stating ur explanation for the mistake.
court has descretion to allow / not depending upon the facts.
