dear sir i worked with railways for 23 months as IRTS group A and resigned technically to join IIS Group A both on 15600-39100 plus gp 5400. joined railways on 14-12-2009 resigned on 7-11-11. joined IIS on 11-11-11. completed a year here. i got two increments in railways and my payscale lastly was 22280(16880 plus 5400 ) in railways. now i get 21630(15630 plus 5400 ie.. one increment). i have applied for pay protection in my ministry(I&B) and they have directed my media unit to take appropriate action with reference to rule FR-22-B(1). will my two increments of railways be counted and pay revised accordingly...does confirmation in this service (two years service completion as probationer ) stand in any way to give the protection immediately... shud i wait for another year to get protection and the accruing arrears thereof... kindly throw light on FR-22-B-1 also pl.....regards..kamaraj 09582233005
