Is there any site / RTI websites - to understand the Amount of Tax payers collection in which a portion was called as Educational cess ( 2.0 or 3.0 %) or so , and we as tax payers have paid them duly . Where can we find the fund available and work done with that corpus. when was the Education cess introduced . etc., someone to throw some light on this subject please, Thanks and warm
