Dear All,
We are staying in chawl under pagri system more than 40 years, Our landlord sale the land (More than 50 tenant is staying with near 180 to 300 SQ feet area per house) to private builder, Builder want to start the construction on land and he is ready to provide new house and he said that he will build flat of 270 and 370 sq ft and provide the same to tenant according to current area.
My question is
1. What we can demand from Builder in terms of
A. Area for new flat
B. Rent in case of temporary shift
C. Any other othings which is legal
Please suggeat as we still looking for proper answer from legal point of view.
