Dear All,
Please suggest me your best suggestions for quashing/stay order over my Domestic Violence case.As we are living seperately since 5.0 years that she had mentioned in FIR.She admitted case of 498a and DV by producing false MLC.406 had been not applied yet,and demanding 20.0 Lakhs rupees in DV case.
Crpc 125 & Child custody cases are running in Family court same juridiction that is for DV.

go to high court of that state and seek a stay order by presenting all good facts and ofcourse a good lawyer..
