Indian will law

My father registered a will and now he is dead.He had 2 daughters and a son.In his will he part his property in 3 and  included a clause that the will could executed only after the death of my mother. Now we wish to sell the property with the concern of our mother.Could it be possible.Or could we cancel the will with all the concern of the successors .
