Debt Recovery Tribunal's power to take cognizance of offence of foregery

Can not Debt Recovery Tribunal take cognizance of offence of foregery & fraud specifically pleaded in the plaint? If not, then can DRT through an Order although observing said offences yet donot consider the same and pass any direction, be sustainable? Can not that Order be not be reviewable?

please narrate some more facts to give clear idea about the pleadings and facts constituting forgery/fraud so that proper reply can be given.

you have to give more details about the facts of the case, what are the steps taken to inform the same to local police and what is the stage of investigation, if complaint has been registered.

DRT under the Act, 1993 review under Rule 5A has got very limited scope, you have to file appeal before the DRAT, for the same.
