Can any1 help me by telling how Ashish (Blind) can get a legal aid electronically or through net ??
For ur reference...Wana tell that Property 4 wich he needs Legal help is in Bikaner and his own family is in U.P..So its not possible for them 2 run Rajasthan and fight for the ancestral property but Ashish lives thr in a rented room inspite of having his grandpa's home in the same city. Reason being his Chacha is not allowing him 2 stay there.

well as far as our legal system confirm there is no such facility available, but what can be done,
any one person along with that blind person shall visit legal committee of the court where the legal services is offered free of cost. further help can be done by that legal committee advocate.
Legal aid system is developed by high courts and normally in all places legal aid cell is present which looks after such matter.
