The matter is that, for the construction of the check dam , the farmer of the way has been presented an agreement about the way of farm on Rs.20 non judi stemp to the govt, the govt replied that the farmer of the way given agreement about the way so we construct the check dam on that place , now check dam has been constructed and the dispute way was stoped, So I can file a complint against the the purchaser of the Rs.20 stemp , but the police department not take any action against him, I file a complaint aginst aquesed in the court , court ordered under sec 202 of IPC but the police department not given properly answer about it So now what procedure can I take
