Maintainance case

Hi, The court has sanctioned maintainance in favour of me rupee 14000 including my child. But my husband didnt pay me regularly and not attending the court so that the dies is now around 4lakhs. My initial lawyer has not taken the case serious lu and he returned my file back with thia loss, and now the judge also not giving arrest waren to him and showing angry on me. We already files petition on the dues also but still judge is harrasing us instead of warning my husband. Is this possible if i can go to high court , if so will i get my due amount or not.please suggest
