my wife not given divorce and don't like to leave with me
if try to convince her she black mail me that put a case douri case
I have not done anything to her
not my family
she wants to leave my parents and demand to separate
I did't accept for that
thats the main problem
Dear querist,
As per recent judgment of Supreme Court if wife want her husband to leave his aged parents and what to live separately this ground for divorce and divorce was granted to husband.
Gather proof of her statement of living separately and then file divorce case in competent court.
