sir mere papa 5 bhai h sbhi log meghalay me apna milke 1 business rice ka holesale khole h lo jo 1989 ke aas pass me khula .mere papa 2nd nub wale bhai h 1 wale expir kr gai 2013 me 3 rd wale padhe likhe the islia inko ghr ka malik bna dia gya wholesale ka licenc bhi inhi ke naam pe kra dia gya meghalay me jamin bhi liya gya 2 katha wo bhi malik ke hi naam pe kra dia gya malik the tb tk sb thk chal rha tha. assam me badh aya tha to hmre rice
holesale se shayta ki gai thi .fir malik ko 2017 me blood cancer hogya tha aur wo expir kr gai . assam me badh ki shayta kia gya tha to sarkar ne 1.75 crore rupy malik ke khate me bheja h kyuki rice wholesale ka license malik ke name pe tha .ab malik ke gujrne ke bad unk a beta na paisa de rha h na jmin sbke naam kr rha h .baki jha bhi jmine h 5cho bhai lo ke name pe h ....kya kre sir legaly pls help us

When making a agreement survey no boundaries,measurement same .while registering time survey no measurement differs but boundaries are same..we cultivating agreemented land only.. Give a suggestion for this property..
