Shouid pay tax for agriculture land in village in Andra

Hi sir/madam, We have a agricultural field in a village of Andra Pradesh state. This was there in the name of my father. Pass books also on my father's name for entire land. but In this some share was there on my father's cousin brother based on a agreement. Few years back, as my father had passbook, so my father sold to cousin brother of his share with free of cost. From many years, property tax was not paid for this land. Now my father is died. Now my question is do we have to tax for all these unpaid years on entire land? Or cousin relation who had his share he also should pay his share of tax? Where we should pay this tax? Would be any issue If we don't pay tax? I am really need your assistance on this. Please provide exact answers to my query. Thanks in advance
