Paper publication

Hello Experts, I am going to buy plot in PCNTDA, hence I am going to give paper publication for any obligation to any one.. the seller from whom I am going to buy the plot is second owner of that plot. he have all his property documents in original with him, but lost the original lease deed document with which first owner of that plot had taken the plot from PCNTDA. My question is" Is it ok if I give combine paper publication for loss of document as well as asking for obligation on this deal which I am going to execute"
