Non compliance of cic order

Sir/Madam, I had filed an appeal in CIC after HAL did'nt provide me the sought information following which after hearing, CIC has passed orders for providing the same, but HAL has not provided the sought information even after the time provided by CIC in the order has expired. Kindly advise, what should i do next?
