Execution

Decree holder fled a petition for execution of attachment of movables in the house belonging to JD but the JD has let out the premises on rent to some other party. Now the movable inside the house mentioned the E.P. belongs to the tenant. Whether the movable properties of the tenants can be attached to in execution to attach the movable of the JD. What is the remedy available for the tenant to protect his movables in the execution against the JD.
