We want to surrender our flat to our landloard. We are leaving in this flat as tanent from past 50 years & the carpet area is 550 & area rate as per carpet is 31 to 33 k per sft. in our buliding many tanent surrndered the flat but landloard offered them only 75 to 80 L. where as value comens to 30k x 550(carpet)= 1.65 cr.
So plz guide how to deal with landloard & what the indian goverment rual says..
