In Court woman admited that She is graduate and done LLB and She is capable to earn (" Mai apni Jeevika Uparjan me Saksham hu") then what could be circumstances for not giving maintanence.
Woman are married off by their fathers so that their husband will look after them till he dies or even after he dies. That is the concept of marriage in India. If you apply for divorce, you will have to pay alimony to her till she dies or till she remarry.
If she does not have practice she can always seek alimony.
