we have filed for court orders on first motion for calling of shareholders and creditors meeting for approval of schme of merger . the court hearing was on jan13th but still the order has not been pronounced and the meeting was called for march 13 on the date of hearing . one month has already passed but the judge is not pronouning the order nor signing the same . can we do something about it . the whole delay in the matter has upset all my plans .

Dear Mr.Ravi Arora,
Kindly try to have a word with the court master of the concerned judge in his free time. They are the one who can intimate you about the actual status. Some times the orders are not typed or are not signed and can result in delay. Try to get the same coordinated without offending any one.
