Unkown of what wife still wants ?

Wife had not applied for divorce due to domestic violence , dowry harrassment , but only applied 125. What is the position of the husband ? Husband is asking the petitioner to join society, but wife not accepting. Wife needs only money. Its Wifes habit to desert husband frequently for longer durations like months and years together along with children. All negotiations normally fail and after long mediations only she joins. Now wife had gon to court for maintenance under the above said pretext , causes , complaints. Contention not clear. Advice. Its almost 4 year in court. Husband condition health condition deteriorating.

What to do when wife not allowing to see or visit children , even the school authorities also harrassing husband ? They want school fees but harrass father of children.

Wife does not want to join husband society even after multiple requests, does not give divorce, doesnot allow to see or meet children, she only faced all difficulties to give birth so they are her own children, then who is husband ? Husband adviced by his lawyer to not visit wife house and kids. What is husbands position ? Whats next ? Wife & wife's witness deposition, husband & witness deposition , cross completed. Husband is informed that next step is arguments ? What are arguments & what will happen during arguments ? What can husband do to win or conclude arguments to win ? Is the husband on right track. How do husband stop the dragging by wife ? Does the husband need to file any case to stop dragging or prolonging of case final hearing ? Please advice.

Wife nor her lawyer have any intentions for closing or resolving dispute. This is all about creating psychological trauma. How do husband counter this ?  Now wife is after husband's parents property, a house. If its taken away where will they go ? How do we prove that wife is misusing legal process or abusing laws ? Is there a way ?

Wife and her relatives already coaxed , mind washed children in to their father as a villain , bad father or the likes.

Hi if wife file case for 125 maintaince than its payble other not if she cant file case for 125 than its  not 

if wife working and she is able to maintain her owen and if their any of child with her in custoduy than she cant ask for alomoney and their husband not working 

if wife file case for maintaince and she is working and husband not working in that case husband need to proov it in court than court reject application for maintaince 

for divorce if wife and husband both agree on one point than they file case for mutual divorce 

their no matter if their any case pending its process fast
