Railway service man

my client is widow her husband was in railway service but during his service time and after going in pension also he had not submitted his ppo form due to that my client could not get pension benifit.

Now you have to contact with the railway authority i.e. GM along with the death certificate and legal hair certificate and rectify the said defect. If the authority does not approve you to rectify then you can file the case before Administrative Tribunal or High Court for granting of pension benefit.
