I am Landlord. Besides Pagdi tenants inside building I have 4 sheds outside building but inside compound. They used to pay rent and were given compensation receipt. LAst 3 years I have stopped taking rental and also not issued any compensation receipt. However the people to whom this was given, now their 2nd and 3rd generation is living and also they have Ration card and electricity bill. While these sheds are regularised and we pay property tax, but they are not there in Plan.
Is there any way to evacuate them ?
