Our Society has generated Co-Operative soc. with 5 members,Almost 1 Yrs. have been completed.
After completion of 1 Yr. Soc. has declared a balance sheet against the year 2013-14.
But after still 1 year. most of the Aminities were under free Warranty period & the suppliers have done the free services.Also, Soc. has declared 20% amount deduction in TDS,is it possible ?.If TDS is deducted then can be recovered back.
I would like to know the complete / detail expenses of the balance sheet.
What is the legal process to get it.
