My history
I am a father of 12 year old son. Married in 1998. Wife file for divorce in 2009. Divorce case is still pending & once dismmiss in2013 for no evedince by my wife.
I got visitation 2 hr once a month but she did't allow us to meet. 2013 i file contempt & succeed to meet for 4hrs a day for 5 day's after that same position no meeting.
I want to know now what to do should i pray to court for matter dismiss again & go to higher court for meeting with my son or anything else.
I want to be in touch with my son. Kindly help..................
