Formate for Party in person?

To the best of my knowledge, format remains same. Further, it is upto petitioner to decide on having a lawyer or not.

I want to add to this question which summarizes as: "Do you have a specific language, rather form of language to draft a court proceed (petition/writ....)?

i.e. What I mean to ask is should one address : Facts, questions in law, grounds, prayer etc only in words like: 'Whereas this, this, this...... x, y, z is fact/rule. Whereas this, this, this,......... x,y,z so ground."

Can't simple language be enough.: Facts 1,2,3.......... Questions in law: 1,2,3....... Grounds: 1,2,3........ Prayer 1,2,3......
