I have filed case in pune court against encroachment of my plot by illegal stall holder ,this stallholder are paying rent to other person whose plot is attached to my plot ,so i have claimed possession of plot from stall holder and compensation from rent receiver,after receiving court notice ,stall holder accepted my claim and have handed possession with stall to me ,by filing application in court on which decision/decree will come by next hearing ,meanwhile i came to know and am suspicious that the person attached to my plot is planning to forcefully take possession of my stall, can i file a police complaint in advance against this suspicion.

No one can take possession of your property forcefully.
If so, move to jurisdictional court through your lawyer.
